Writer, Editor and English Language Arts Tutor at Pamela Loring
July 2012I am a writer, editor and teacher with experience across a wide range of industries and audiences. I edit both fiction and non-fiction, as well as poetry, short stories, artists' statements, and I am equally adept at dissertations, theses and white papers. I've worked for magazines, newspapers, e-zines, advertising and printing companies, as well as for non-profit organizations, and have done everything from writing to editing to proofreading to layout and design. I've written copy for websites, newsletters, non-profit organizations, resumes, cover letters, etc. And, I'm adept and knowledgeable about pre-press and printing needs and procedures, so can follow your copy from concept to print. As a Massachusetts licensed teacher, I also teach English Language Arts to elementary, middle and high-school students, helping them achieve fundamental goals by mastering the skills they need to become truly effective communicators. I have recently finished a novel for which I'm seeking representation. I am working on a sequel.
